Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h5>

By accessing www.telefoneticahealthrx.com (\u201cthe Site\u201d) or enrolling in the Telefonetica Health RX Medical Discount Plan (\u201cthe Plan\u201d), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and services.<\/p>

Nature of the Plan<\/h5>

Telefonetica Health RX operates as a Medical Discount Plan by Association. This means:<\/p>

  • It is not health insurance.<\/li>
  • It does not guarantee payment for medical services.<\/li>
  • It provides access to discounted rates through our national buying power and provider network.<\/li>
  • Members pay providers directly at the discounted rate.<\/li><\/ul>

    The Plan exists to help individuals\u2014especially those without legal status or traditional coverage\u2014exercise their health rights and access affordable care.<\/p>

    Eligibility for Membership<\/h5>

    Membership is open to individuals residing in the United States. We do not require:<\/p>

    • Immigration status<\/li>
    • Social Security numbers<\/li>

      By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.<\/p>

        No Medical Advice or Provider Control<\/h5>

        The Plan does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions must be made with licensed healthcare professionals.<\/p>

        We do not control:<\/p>

        • The quality of care provided<\/li>
        • Provider availability<\/li>
        • Provider pricing changes<\/li>
        • Medical outcomes<\/li><\/ul>

          Providers are independent and solely responsible for the services they deliver.<\/p>

          Discounts and Provider Participation<\/h5>

          Discounts are based on negotiated rates and national buying power. Members understand that:<\/p>

          • Discounts vary by provider, service type, and location<\/li>
          • Providers may join or leave the network at any time<\/li>
          • Some services may not be discounted<\/li>
          • Members are responsible for paying providers directly<\/li><\/ul>

            The Plan does not reimburse or pay claims.<\/span><\/p>

            Member Responsibilities<\/h5>

            Members agree to:<\/p>

            Present their membership information when requesting discounted services
            Pay providers directly at the time of service
            Use the Plan for lawful purposes
            Not misuse or misrepresent the Plan<\/p>

            Misuse may result in termination of membership.<\/p>

            Privacy and Confidentiality<\/h5>

            We protect member information with strict safeguards. We do not share information with immigration enforcement agencies.<\/p>

            Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.<\/p>

            Fees and Cancellation<\/h5>
